A Scam! Do Not Buy!

As soon as I paid for and opened this app, I saw a popup telling me to upgrade to the current version for another $4.99. I would not have wasted money on this outdated version if I knew this 5 minutes ago. DO NOT BUY THIS OUTDATED VERSION!
Obviously I will be contacting Apple about this as I want a refund and these people should be banned from selling apps.

Annoyed and worse about iFiles, v1.17.9
