Great tool, but...

... when trying to update a downloaded folder by overwriting only new files on your local iPhone from a file server, iFiles will duplicate all files even though I selected "overwrite if newer". This way, I always have to download the complete folder again and again instead of just the changes. May have something to do with German file names...
And: SMB support is missing since ages...

Apart from this, great app.
